Certified Home Inspector Cody Lund

Cody Lund

Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® Lic #70002034

Cody Lund is the owner and inspector of Lund Home Inspections. For Cody, a safe home is what makes a great home, and ensuring the safety of a home’s structures and mechanical systems is a top priority when he performs an inspection. In order to make an informed home-buying decision, you have to know what to expect, and Cody strives to uncover all of the information he can so that you’re empowered with knowledge and prepared for any challenges you’re likely to face as you try to finalize a real estate investment that will fully meet your needs.

A Home Inspector Completely Dedicated to the Craft

Before he inspected homes, Cody served in the United States Navy for over 21 years, retiring at the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. Cody’s time spent serving his country was pivotal in the direction he’d later take as a home inspector—because in addition to working as a Search & Rescue swimmer, Cody also performed firefighting and engineering duties, specializations that required regular and technically meticulous inspections.

Cody inspected everything from the ship’s electrical and hydraulic systems to HVAC, and he quickly learned just how important attention to detail was in order to ensure that all the ship’s personnel were safe. After being introduced to home inspections by a friend, Cody knew that this career was the right fit—and as with his career in the military, Cody is completely dedicated to doing a top-notch job every single day.
